Hello, looking to see what other El Paso members are listening to now that EPPD has gone encrypted?

I do not live in El Paso, but I do travel there sometimes for work related issues. When I am there I listen to the US Border Patrol and the Texas DPS.

The Border Patrol has a number of repeaters in El Paso. The are VHF conventional, P25. Most of the transmissions are not encrypted.

The DPS is also VHF conventional, P25, non-encrypted.

Down here in Brownsville (RGV) Border Patrol is encrypted........

Sun City Metro is unencrypted. Not interesting to me.

You can hear otero county, Dona ana county, Eddy county NM above you which go pretty far down toward, west, valley there. Ymmv. Last I knew DPS did and can use El Paso county SO trs and why at times it can be silent on their conventional end.
