Looks like El Reno is replacing their expired 2013 license that was still being used up until recently with a new one for EMS agencie(s).
Designated to be DMR. Not sure the reason for the output power cut if im reading it correctly. Kind of important when your agency transports to OK County and needs to talk to dispatch. I searched and cannot find another repeater in OK CO and the new license isnt showing to be trunked.
