ELBERT COUNTY - People in northwest Elbert County woke Friday morning to a large house fire and sounds of an explosion.
The Elizabeth Fire Department Division Chief TJ Steck says the fire was undetected until a series of explosions were heard. The actual cause of the fire could not be confirmed.
