I think the answer is sometimes. I was listening to Rattlesnake on a call on their Ops Channel last night. I think it was off Smoky Hill. I've also logged them from time to time on Westcreek, Riley, Squaw and Silver Heights. But I can't consistently hear them on any of these towers.
