I have been scanning the elbert county sheriff dispach channel for 4 hours and only heard the repeater broadcast it's I'd. I did not hear anything from the elberton police department either. Does the elbert county sheriff still use analoug vhf. Is it really not that busy for the elbert county sheriff.
