Thank you for the "repost' as my daughter lives in Elgin, she is using my old Uniden245 to monitor Elgin...I like the fact that the lady police chief wants people to know she is fore listeners buying a new digital scanner to still monitor Elgin, here in Joliet we scanner people are looked "DOWN" at....
