Elkhart County Jail Control Freq.?

So I am looking for the control channel for the Elkhart County Jail. Was able to find the talkgroup freq. but I can not locate any control channel for the site that i am trying to listen to.

They're extremely low power (6W ERP) so you have to be in extreme close proximity to the facility to bring them in as explained below
