Any body in the Omaha area have any pictures of Elkhorn Communications Detachment antenna farm?
I was there in the late '70s but don't have any pics.

Here's a link to the Strategic Air Command Memorial Amateur Radio Club:

I've seen postings in the past about service personnel who were stationed
at the N-31 & Rainwood Road site. Perhaps you might find someone who
has the pics you're looking for? Good luck.

A number of years ago, a tour was conducted of the site in concert with the monthly meeting of
the Ak-Sar-Ben Amateur Radio Club. Photographs were permitted to be taken and I believe they
were printed in an issue of the Ham Hum. I recall seeing the photos that depicted several of the
large log periodic antennas. Let me do some checking around and see if anyone might have some
in their archives.
