In the last month or so I've noticed that Elmore Co. SO are using code words for towns instead of the town name, ie. "Subject last seen heading toward Code-Blue." I've heard Green, Red, & Blue. I'm sure that this system is changed at some predetermined interval so that the same colors aren't associated with the same town. I imagine this is an effort to keep the crimnal element off balance and maintain some degree of COMSEC.
Just wondering if other counties/cities have been heard using a similar system.
