Coding Embed video code yields raw text, not parsed as embedded video

While trying to embed this YouTube video on this wiki page, the parser just displays raw text.

Following instructions from the wiki feature announcement I used the Quick Guide wiki to test this code {{#ev:youtube|yijWstvoEn8}} and result is that entire code string including braces is rendered as text.

Is there a different code format to use? Double checked EmbedVideo docs the syntax looks right.

While you're looking at wiki things, any plans to fix the Cite extension (generates References)? Thread here.
Also, thought it'd be neat to have the RadioReference Database Mediawiki Extension populate recent most {{number}} threads from a forum?
