It's a bug - I forget if it's the fault of T4Win or the nature of Motorola radio systems, but that number 43546 showing up as the source on that channel is actually the decimal equivalent of the system ID, hex AA1A, which is I presume the system that was being watched when you did this capture.

I monitor system 753F all the time and see lots of 30015 (which is the decimal equivalent of hex 753F).

The only reason it shows up "Emergency Coded" is that 43546 is not a valid Type II talkgroup. 43536 is, though, and +10 on the status bit is "emergency" plus "coded (or encryption)" (coded = 8, emergency = 2).

If I recall correctly, the 8144 in the target column has some significance too. I see 8191 when I monitor 753F, but I can't remember what its significance is in relation to my system.. except that it always comes up as the target when 30015 shows up as the source. Perhaps rfmobile might have some light to shed on this. :)

It's the legacy system id that generally follows the standard system id on an 800MHz system. Pretty much useless these days unless someone is still running a Type I system with old Type I radios like Maxtracs and the other old pre-Type II boat anchors.

The legacy sysids were 0x1FC0 + the two right-most digits of the system id. You won't see them on any other band but trunked 800.

Thanks! I knew there was a reason. :)
