Emergency Communication Exercise

Anyone know about the Ontario Emergency Communication Exercise taking place May 26,27,28. I understand RCMP OPP CBSA EMO and ARES among others are taking part.
Not sure if it's just Windsor Essex or the entire Province. Got only part of the announcement on the Sunday night ARES / IRLP Net.

As far as I know, they have yet to prove to me they were in Northumberland for the flooding. Must be too much physical labour to be sandbagging.

ARES=Emergency Communications
ARMY=Emergency Manual Labor
EMS=Old Radio Operators Sand Bagging
