What does this Emission mean 8K10F1E??? I thought it was P25 Digital, but may be wrong. . .

What I thought, thank you. . . I was seeing this on a mobile extender frequency that links to an analog one, odd. . .

you can license for more than 1 emission per freq/location. i have several that are licensed for analog voice, digital data, and digital voice so 3 ED per freq/location. so it could be they just have the designator in place should they decide to convert that freq to digital in the future, a few folks do that during license updates.
