EMS/Fire/Law frequencies in Antigua?

Are there any Fire/EMS/Law frequencies that a standard Uniden scanner can receive in Antigua? Have a friend going to medical school there and would like to monitor during hurricane season and such. Have not been able to find any info online with frequencies...thanks in advance.
