In windows I use UTM Coordinate Converter free download from cnet. Since MOE doesn't give the precise location, you will have to add 0's to get you in the general area. For some reason the good map source, stamen terrain isn't working so I am using Carto light. Depending on where you are, you may have to find the easting zone number and northing band letter. See screen shot to see where you need the 0's added. You can zoom in further than shown in pic. It shows you the lat and lon is you want to take to another map.
I just saw the #2 post in this thread, follow it, the calculator is much, much easier than this app.
For the most part the address is given in the call. So using the GPS/UTM coordinate values will not provide any additional information, unless you wish to be super accurate. BTW, the GPS/UTM coordinates are generated by the CAD system based on the address provided by the caller. There is no additional information being generated.
True, but sometimes there is the same street name in several towns in the area and sometimes difficult to understand the name they are saying or figuring out the spelling of it to locate on the map.
