Encrypted agencies in NC

I just wanted to make a tiny edit to this page: Encrypted Agencies. How can I make the edit?

Just a hunch, but I would probably start by clicking the Edit tab.

Please make sure you read the top of the Wiki page where it says...

"Please do not add agencies that encrypt tactical or other sensitive communications - this page is to only list agencies that encrypt general dispatch operations (police, fire, ems dispatch ops)"

Many people don't pay attention to that.

Definitely, extremely difficult to find. Darned intrawebz always making things so complicated.
