Encrypted tg on FleetNet

TG 28864 is active and caught my eye today. A couple of radio ids 65284 and 65286 are on this talkgroup.

This is off the Charlton tower. The picture of the activity is a group I made to search FleetNet and Penetang has the same control channel as Charlton I guess. But the picture is too large to load here.

If anyone wants to see it I can send it out via email or text.

I have seen this TG on Charlton a bunch of times over the past years. I have also seen 28848 in the past which I am not sure it is related but it could be as well.
