Encryption showing on FleetNet Middlesex

Seeing encryption popping up in Unitrunker V1 not sure who is using it but never seen this before TG 28864, still hearing OPP for now. Monitoring Bell FleetNet Zone 1. Middlesex, Elgin.

I saw that this morning and one of the radio id's was 65284

The RID matches near the RIDS seen on TG 547. NO KID is listed yet for that user.

I just checked my records and found a few radio ID's that are close that have been on 28864, 16, 32

It might just be BMR techs that are running encryption

Seen that TG also off of Britannia.

I've got it logged on Whitby too, back in late May. Only 2 radio IDs. With such wide spread, the BMR theory may be good.
