I have a BCD536HP in my truck and an Ipad mini. I would like a larger display for my 536 and hope the Ipad mini can provide this for me. But I am having trouble wrapping my head around how I accomplish this. I am expecting the WiFi ability of the 536 will satisfy my need but haven't understood how I make this happen. And then there is the Siren App... must I wait for its release in order to accomplish what I want to do? Or is it possible without the app? Either way, can someone explain how I do this WITHOUT using the hotspot capability on my IPhone? Or, if its needed... with the hotspot. I'm not interested in being able to control the scanner remotely at this point, only observe the display in a larger format.
