Entergy P25 LA/AR/MS/TX needs further mapping

Now that my mobile SDR rig is complete, 2.55/2.56 is my next target. Followed by 1.69 area. Followed by 2.96 area. Followed by 1.24/1.53 area. West and Southwest LA is in there too somewhere. Talkgroups is another big thing as LA is spot on while MS is not so much.
