An East Providence fire engine just requested the dispatcher switch to channel 6, the secure channel. What is this? I only know about channels 1,2 & 3. Yes, I know that it can't be monitored, I'm just curious.

Maybe it was a water rescue. That would be channel 6 on the RISCON system.
