EPIC (128.325) flyover CLT speedway at 14:12h 10/10/21

In holding pattern southwest of the track. said doing a flyover the speedway, i believe at 2:12PM the time mentioned. interestingly EPIC in this case is a C17 I have seen usually under the DECOY callsign and being based in W.Va. so I'm am not sure what to make of that.

also i was only half listening to begin with, but at somepoint before catching on to what was up i heard someone somewhere on some frequency say they were "going to fly over airspace as a three ship". have no clue if that was related but thought i would mention it.
