ericsson lpe-200 programming help

hey all i have 2 retired ericcson lpe-200's we used at our department, they upgraded, i would like to reprogram them for a different city, i do not have any cables to connect to the computer, im wondering if i could pay someone to program these for me, what i plan on useing them for is mainly me and the wife or kids, we do alot of hunting 4 wheeling and such, so this is alot more cost effective to replaceing a 300 cell phone, these things are durable as all get out, if you can help out please let me know,
