Erie County Sheriff attempted to stop a vehicle on State Route 2 and driver ran. Chase has been on for 45-1 hour. Suspect is currenty on Ohio Turnpike.

Me and my friend watched this "police chase" go by my backyard (route 2 is in my backyard). Probably going about 30 mph, slowest police chase I've ever seen. Some car followed by about 8-10 police cars, lights going, that weren't getting anywhere near the car. I thought it was a police escort for a half second, then realized it must just be a really slow police chase. I guess one perkins cop and one huron cop ran over the spike strips they placed for that car.
