Just heard all units switch to channel 2 and the dispatch has this terrible motor boat noise in the back ground. They just faded out for a while but are coming back, are they having radio problems or somebody jamming them?
Conditions aren't the best tonight and I am trying to hear this from over 100 miles away. Just heard lots of excited voices when they switched so I though maybe something was going down.
