ARC500: Error code

Tried installing ARC 500 on a W10, 64 bit laptop.
I keep getting an Error 2894.Internal error 2894 5
I'm stuck. Assistance requested.

Not sure what those codes mean but try running as administrator. You can also try turning off your virus protection. What virus software are you using?
