Error editing systems to be watched

I'm trying to add a system to MyRR list and am receiving error messages.

When I click on Edit after My Trunked Systems, it shows:

Warning: main(/home/radioref/include/prod/class.database.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/radioref/public_html/modules/MyRR/index.php on line 22

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/radioref/include/prod/class.database.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/radioref/public_html/modules/MyRR/index.php on line 22

It also shows the same error message when I browse to the system (http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&sid=4774) and click Watch, then when the new page comes up click Watch again.

And the same message when I go to Your Account then click on MyRR Configuration. The other links within Your Account seem to be working for me, and my old MyRR configuration is working fine, I just can't change it.
