I am receiving an error in updating the database for my Home Patrol 2. I have tried to read through these threads to see how to address this. I have uninstalled Sentinel and reinstalled it. I have tried to turn things on and plug things in in the right order to no avail. I have already had to replace the SD card about 2 months ago. I have tried to change the permissions of the folder containing the database.
The issue:
After downloading the database and trying to write to the scanner, it says:
'Access to the path "I:HomePatrol\Homepatrol.info' is denied'
In Mass Storage mode, I can click on that drive and see the info, so it isn't denying me access through Windows Explorer.
Any advice would be appreciated.
