Problems have been fixed in the agency you were having trouble with. This is exactly where such errors should be reported; however, in the future, please help us by providing a link to the actual page where the agency/system exists; like:
http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&aid=1061

If you don't, then we have to go by what hints you give as to what agency/system is involved. We do not have a list of the keys to the DB and have no way of using them directly in a search.
