Error message when trying to Import Trunked Data from RR Web Service

Hello:

I recently purchased a Whistler WS1040 scanner, and I'm trying to add my County's trunked frequencies, using a combination of PSREdit500 and Radio Reference's web service. I purchased the premium membership in order to have access to the Web Services, but when trying to import the data/frequencies for my county, I'm getting the following error message:



I have no experience programming scanners, so I may have bitten off more than I can chew.

Any help that any experienced users can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I just checked the trunked systems for my area an got the same message. I would guess its a RR database issue possibly.

You did not bite off more than you could chew….. I did the exact same as you yesterday and started programming my 1056 last night with zero issues. This morning I received the same error message as you. I also started a thread and one of the database admins confirmed. It’s a database issue somewhere. Hang in there, I’m sure it will get fixed.

Just checked - everything looks like it's back up and working. Give it a shot again.

It's 11:00 am, July 1, TRX-1&2, software 3.41, library 785... can't download any trunked systems.. conventional seems fine!
Tried EZScan, it works correctly.
*** Just rolled back to 3.40 TRX-2 ..WORKS FINE!
