added esn and checksum from settings-info->firmware
Went to my account and selected like for Purchase ProVoice Key. Entered credit card info. Immediately got an error occurred screen. Received an email saying:
"There was an error processing your purchase for an Upgrade Key.
Please contact customer service at http://unidensupport.com/Home/FAQs"
Is there an issue with the system now? Sent an email to order support.
