Error Using DSD+

I get a error that I never got before using 1 airspy (1R) and FMPA CC

FMPA 2.43 -020001 error

can't open airspy device #1
airspy device with serial# XXXXXXXXXXXXXX is not
present or is already in use

none of the above error is true. My airspy device is connected to my PC and not in use any place else. Any ideas in how to fix this error?

Do you have the serial number configured correctly?

yes in the fmpa config file.
