Essex County Prosecuters Office

I live in Verona and i cant hear the prosecuters office. i get static and low beeps sometimes but nothing more. I can hear the EC Sheriffs Dept, and ATTF. If anyone can help please let me know. Sugestions NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
