Essex, Harrow Frequencies

I am itching to buy the BCD 396T since my AOR 8200 is no longer picking up Essex police. First iI heard they were going trunked then it was p25 and now I'm hearing encrypted. Can some that has a digital scanner in Essex county please tell me definetly one way or the other if Essex just went to a p25 system or if they are encrypted now, so I don't buy a paper weight. I can't see Essex going encrypted before Windsor but you never know. Thanks in advance.

Encryption

The leamington police chief, was on the radio, about two weeks ago, and told everyone that the have gone to digitally encrypted system. Leamington now dispatchs, essex and harrow, leamington, and amherstburg police
