Also heard some comms on VTAC11 (151.1375 MHz), but one station was actually on 151.140 MHz

Anyone know what system Clackamas and Washington Counties fire units are using for P25 system?

AFAIK Clackamas and Washington County are using the Motorola Type II analog system. The activity on Ops 37 and 38 has died way down. The ODF northwestern region channels have been busy checking on lightning strikes. High Heaven (151.205 MHz) also continues to be used.

So apparently the last updates I did on my HPs didn't include the new WCCCA/CCOM P25 (2) TRS, but I'm getting the analog L/C so are the P25 TGs linked to their counterparts in the analog?

The only WCCCA P25 site up in Washington county is the Gales Peak site, which is not in service yet. It has a control channel, and I've seen Firecomm dispatch for both Washington and Clackamas county, along with CComm LE patched onto the system, but only during the work day, which I assume is being done for testing. Short answer: WCCCA hasn't migrated to P25 yet, so any activity, including the Ops 37/38 activity during the wildfires, was on the existing analog Type II system. The audio qualities also indicated that the non-dispatch users were still using analog.
