Don't believe so when I worked up there VHF was even challenging in the Drake area and that sites DTRS footprint is pretty small.

Looking at the maps from Soundchaser it shows how small Drake's footprint is.

On a side note I can hear Estes Park Ambulance Dispatch on 155.280 sometimes. Dispatch side only.
