I found this picture from the interior of an Estevan Police cruiser and noticed the radio seemed to be a XPR series DMR radio.
Another picture shows a XPR 6550 on the hip of a bylaw officer
It's probably encrypted DMR but maybe someone in south sask can take a listen.
