Four sites pending approval under the applications search:

Kaufman Site: 769.86875, 770.55625, 770.84375, 771.20625, 771.60625, 772.13125

Notice there are towers on 572D nearby to all the towns except Carthage, which used to have a tower, but none actually in those towns.

I am not aware of any site currently in Arp. But I will get a look out for stuff to pop up on 700mhz.

Where is the Kaufman site supposed to be?

If I remember right, the tower location was right there in Kaufman.

The Arp site looks like its going to be on a brand new tower. The ASR listed on the license shows that it belongs to ETMC and was constructed 3/6/2010. This could mean that there isn't anything on the tower yet.

As with most anything around here it could be a while before anything starts popping up on the air.

EDIT

I just looked at all the other licenses and it looks like all of the sites are going to be new towers. The Arp tower is the only one that shows to actually be constructed

Looks like ETMC is moving forward as many of the tower applications are now showing to be constructed. They just put up the tower on university dr. in tyler, its right next to the smith county 911 center. The tower does have antennas on it but i'm not sure if there is actually any equipment connected to them.
