Etrunker LCN 0x000 question

On Etrunker, we have a 5 freq north & a 7 Freq South EDACS system, both systems will broadcast the same TG. All of a sudden, I am getting a LCN 0 with a voice indicator on the 5 freq system. A TG of 0 from a Radio ID of 0 shows up on etrunker when the ch is in use / active. Anyone have this problem before or seen a LCN of Zero?

I vaguely remember hearing about this happening but it was
some time ago. I monitor a similar set of two systems,
one with 10 channels and the other with 15, but have not
seen it yet. Does this occur on the 7-channel system, and
how good is the decode rate? Also, how long does this
LCN 0 stay active?

Once again, I have a LCN 0 with a active white voice indicator show up: This time on etrunker for the Lebanon County EDACS South System.

Does anyone know anything about eTrunker LCN Zero?

Is it a patch from one system to the other system?
