I can confirm there is something on 453.05, but it's encrypted. I have no digital capability on my scanner, but I have heard p25 before. This might be trbo or nxdn. I have heard the street dept on the edacs system but not recently, because I have had problems programming my scanner, and I listen to the system on the feed. The rules dictate that they can't broadcast the street dept or animal control, anything like that, so they have been forced to lock out those talk groups. If the previous poster has first hand knollege that that id is still being used on the system, I see no reason for the frequency to be used with encryption, because anyone who wants to hear the traffic can just moniter the trs.
