San Antonio-based Dailey and Wells Communication Inc. was identified in an ongoing bribery case that rippled from an indictment of a former San Angelo police chief. San Angelo-Live reported that the local emergency radio firm was the vendor that former San Angelo police chief Timothy Vasquez pushed San Angelo to award Dailey and Wells multiple government contracts, including a $5.7 million contract with the city in June 2015.
