(AP) EVERGREEN, Colo. Three boulders about the size of love seats tumbled off of a mountain Monday, forcing the temporary evacuation of Evergreen National Bank, according to a witness.
Jeff Kanode, an employee of the bank, said the boulders slightly damaged a wall behind the teller line. No injuries were reported.
The boulders tumbled off the mountain shortly after 3 p.m. and employees and bank customers were evacuated as a precaution, said Jacki Kelley, spokeswoman for the Jefferson County sheriff's office.
The bank reopened about 15 minutes after the slide.
