Wow .........check out that CPI system...............yes !!!!!!!!!!!!

You even have the SPEECH COMPRESSION add on.... that my friend is RARE!!!

Looks like all you need to be complete is the W-1000 METERS (3 way) , that's an impressive layout.

The one to the right of the Speech Compression , is that a Power Supply ?

Thats the CPI WM7000 Power Meter. I could never find the W-1000 Meter unfortunately.

The reason for all the CPI gear is that it was the best you could get at the time that was legal to use on the CB band. This was important as the Uniden 2020 amature gear in the first photo was confiscated by Dept of Communications as I was busted on 11m with it as it had it standard from factory.

The Courier Spartan in the first pic was the first PLL radio in Australia. It was imported by Ford Aust to evaluate fitting to their trucks but they decided not to and I ended up with it.
Probably the first PLL CB in Aust to be modded for extras as well! - Loved that 858PLL!!

Regards, Greg

858PLL , LOL - OLD SCHOOL ...............you still have all that CPI equipment or is that a past tense thing.

Wanna laugh? My first rig was a Browning Mark IV (still have it) running a JB-150 modulator with A/S Super Scanner Beams !!!!
