Hello,

I have been using Excel to log my catches for a time and shared my spreadsheet with a fellow HF friend. He has fell in love with it and told me I should share it. So here it is!

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/32101606/Logbook.xlsx

You can update the UTC and local time with the F9 key, or by interacting with the sheet (inputting data and whatnot). This may or may not work with OpenOffice or the like (have not tested).

This does what I want it to do and I have been using this (with upgrades over time) for a couple years. I hope to someday enter some stat sheets that with pull stats and show on a separate sheet (like most countries heard and whatnot).

You can easily search for data using CTRL+F and inputting your query.

Hope you enjoy!

Works fine with Open Office.

Here's mine that I've been working on piece by piece. It's only to keep track of what countries you've heard rather than a 'database'.

https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B8...GQtZmY2MWYwNmI0YTY1&authkey=CMiNgrUD&hl=en_US

It really doesn't function in 'read only' mode, but what you do is click the appropriate box, drag down to the H (heard), R (recorded), or C (confirmed) and it keeps a tally of how many countries are heard per band, or total. My latest version is MUCH COOLER. :^]

Here's my FM DX log: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spr...Eo4MktvTHFmcVZ1ZEtldi1QU0lBa3c&hl=en_US#gid=0

Looks nice.

I want to include something that will keep a running tab of countries heard as well as most listened to and a pie chart to include in the stats. I have yet to figure out how to do this (within the current log).

Looks like you have more skills then I do, care to tweak? :D
