been listening to a call for the past 3-4 hours started as a 10-50 that the nw city officer rolled up on. suspect took off, upon further examination, suspect is wanted in florida, brunswick and new hanover. armed and dangerous. currently 2 blood hounds tacking 3 k-9 german shepards, shp helo shp ground SD ground all with weapons drawn i heard the sheriff give the order to cary shotguns whil tracking and i think i heard an officer in the background putting a round in the barrell of the shotgun. that boy better pray the gators find him before the deputies do. florida wants immediate extradition to their state. all 3 places where he's wanted has felony warrants on him.

Did the SHP come up on Law Enforcement Mutual Aid (155.25)? I heard some helo traffic, but they were referencing Onslow County it seemed so I was just curious...

i cant say for sure, also most contact is currently to be on Cphone
closest chopper was raliegh with flir from SHP. and even though they "called off the search" according to the news, they have found the guys partner in crime this link may explain it more.

sheriff hewett was shown on tv carrying the 2nd suspect out on a polaris 4 wheeler with bed. he was equipped with m-16 loaded and off of safety. with a handcuffed pisioner. also the so has given the order to shoot to kill if need be. subject armed and dangerous with a revolver. currently in winnabow area. as stated before multiple agencies are still apart of this search. they have thought of bringing up forestry's spotter plane to help
