I've been putting together a list of frequencies licensed to Exelon in Penna. It's pretty extensive and covers a partly random swath from 451.025-454 MHz, and in the 463-464 MHz range. Anyone with info on specific frequency uses and CT/DCS please jump in.

I'm in West Chester, so that apparently puts me too far away to pick up their comms from TMI, Peach Bottom, or Limerick. One thing that caught my eye were the "conventional" frequencies from 507.3125-507.4625 with mobiles 3 MHz higher. Sounds good for a conversion to a UHF TRS. Any thoughts?

UHF freqs at LGS:

451.075 (114.8) - Sampling Teams during drills
507.3125 (136.5) - Possibly inside security? Very active. Delta, Romeo, Sierra, Tango, X-Ray Units heard here.
507.3375 (67.0) - Possibly outside/perimiter security? Whiskey units heard here.
507.3625 (114.8) - possibly Reactor 2 comms?
507.3875 (74.4) - unknown use
507.4125 (???) - nothing heard
507.4625 (???) - nothing heard

This is only based on very limited monitoring during Bush's visit and then for the few minutes it takes me to pass through the area on 422 when heading to Berks County a few times per week.

Signal reception with my handheld is limited to 8-10(?) miles around the plant itself using a handheld with rubber duck. I cannot monitor any comms from home using the same scanner. I am about 14 miles as the crow flies. West Chester is closer to 20 miles away.
