Exercise heard over the weekend in Duluth?

Last week(Friday or Saturday) I heard somekind of an exercise/drill on my scanner. It sounded like multiple agencies were involved. Do they do the drills monthly or was this part of some event? There was an EMS Conference last week at the DECC. I wonder if it was part of that conference?

Here is a conference brochure from 32nd Annual Arrowhead EMS Conference & Expo
January 18-22, 2012. I would suspect that there is a very good possibility there was radio traffic related to this event.
