ATF, GBI, FBI and APD EOD on scene of an explosion inside the Veterans of Georgia thrift store which is in a shopping center off Edgewood. 1 person was taken to Grady with severe burns to the face, hands and torso. APD EOD is doing a sweep of the building for "any devices". All the action on AFD is on TAC-3 and TAC-5.
