Why not just ask your questions in the appropriate forum? We have them for antennas, software, the scanner manufacturers, general questions about trunking, ect. Become familiar with the various forums outside the usual 'view new posts' thinking....
Just remember that area-specific questions should go to their forum - in your case, the Maine forum (which I see you are doing). Become familiar with our database - and if there's something in the Maine listings that needs fixing, please speak up. Explore our wiki - which is probably the most extensive radio related one found anywhere (OK I'm biased, so sue me...
). There's a ton of information there. Just click on 'wiki' in the top blue toolbar.
Note that anything in blue or underlined, in both the forum and wiki is a link of one kind or another.
