EZ Scan Audio file count missing?

When you download audio files into the Audio tab on the EZ Scan program with the TRX 2 I used to see a count of the current number fo files after downloading on the right hand side below the "Read Disk" words.
I had to use another laptop and install a fresh version 3.4 and d/l the setup from the card.
When I d/l audio files the count does not appear.
Is there a setting I missed somewhere?

Let's try this again - does anyone else have/not have the file count on the right side of the column below "read disk?"
That's what I had, but don't now.

I just pulled recordings into EZ Scan from my TRX-1 using both the TRX-1 and TRX-2 software and the count is there...
